Sleepy
I feel like this almost every day. Is there a cure for it? Probably exercise or something.

Phenotropil is the solution. Basically, it heightens your brain activity by day (for the ~6 hours after taking the pill) at the cost of lowering it by night.
Oh, and when taking long-term, it improves memory and cognition.
So what’s the catch?
Well, there’s been talk lately that nootropics are in fact placebo.

i have the same issue and it always resolves in the holidays
when i get proper sleep
during school weeks, i sleep late commonly XD
and my sleep patterns are messed up
it fixes in the holidays as i gradually make a schedule
and make myself go to sleep earlier everyday
by the end of the holidays, im waking up at 9-10am
and comfortable with waking up early for school
then it messes up again XD
I feel like this all the time. >_< Drinking green tea just after waking up makes me feel a tiny bit better.
You sound quite sleep deprived.
Exercise can help, getting your body as tired as your mind will certainly make it easier to fall asleep in most cases.
Other than that the best recommendation is a regular sleep schedule and to schedule yourself enough sleep every night. The routine will help balance your biological clock so that your brain knows when to start preparing for sleep. (I, myself, am terrible at this)
Also, I’d suggest naps. A twenty minute power nap can almost be as effective as a cup of coffee, in terms of mental alertness.
A solid breakfast in the morning can do wonders.
I also found out not too long ago that caffeine takes roughly thirty minutes before it starts taking effect. So keep that in mind for your morning routine.

Makes sense to me! It’s cooler at night, your body temperature drops while you’re asleep, and the blanket might fall off.
hhaha i know wat thats like. alls u gotta do is have a nap and then do something thats gunna drain all ur energy and boom out u go

Insomnia sucks. I totally sympathize. Lots of people have plenty of advice to offer, and if you haven’t tried it yet, and can remember it because you’re not too sleep deprived, it’s usually worth trying. But it doesn’t always help.
If you’re not safe to drive, I’d recommend talking to a health care professional. It takes a certain amount of sleep dep to reach that level of incompetence. If you don’t know because you don’t drive, whoops!
I can’t even sleep during the day! (Although I, too, don’t want to.)
That happens to me quite often too! Poor Colin!
Exercise is the key. I started to like exercise about a year ago (I’m 28) and it has made an extraordinary difference in how happy I am and how well-rested I feel. The only downside is that if I can’t get exercise, as has happened this week, I notice very quickly that I feel sort of icky in the mind. Not sad, but just not quite right. That’s probably the endorphin addiction.
Secondly, this is going to sound hokey, but try meditation. It can do incredible things if you give it a chance. It doesn’t have to be a religious thing – all I do is sit in a chair, close my eyes, and say “one” mentally every time I breathe out, while letting my mind concentrate on that action. Repeat for 10 min or so, and don’t beat yourself up if you can’t keep your concentration. It’s hard work, but very rewarding if you keep at it. A nice side effect is that you can use the same technique to go to sleep if you’re lying in bed.
