      HOLD A MINUTE. i just saw that and realised that when her hair extended onto the next panel it looked like she was behind steve at the time (ahhhhhh CHEATER!)

      Lol, I think that this is just more of a play on the nearly-2-dimensional, yet-still-3-dimensional world these adorable characters live on. <3 After all, Pauline has been able to fold herself up into a little piece of paper, and Colin peeled part of his face off!
      *still a little creeped out by that*

      Calling them “cookies” is pretty much an American thing, which this comic is not. Even in French, the word for “cookies” is “les biscuits…” which looks an awful lot like.. you guessed it… “biscuits.”

    So, those are biscuits, but only if you’re not from the States. Remember that biscuits in the UK and elsewhere are cookies here, and scones amazing there and usually patently awful here.
