    Across the ocean here in Mississippi we call them “pet peeves” as well. But I got it towards the last panels. LOVE this comic. =)

    i figured it out fairly quickly, but I don’t think Colin did. Perhaps Pauline should have said “pet peeve” which would have to be mistaken for something else by Colin.

    Pauline looks like a gorilla when she’s angry .. in the last frame, her arms and legs even adjust length to magnify her gorilla-like rage
